Yoga for anxiety and stress management with Tony

Yoga for stress and anxiety Mondays at 5:30pm
This trauma-informed class will weave together gentle Yoga forms and
mindfulness-based practice to support nervous system settling while
practicing together in community.
The practice will vary depending on the season of the year and the needs of
the group. Every BODY welcome. There are no physical assists and
variations will be offered and encouraged.
Your body, your practice!

Deep Stretch Yoga with Rachel

Flow and Deep Stretch Mondays at 7:30 pm
This class offers a slow and mindful flow, gently guiding you through poses that encourage a deep stretch and release of tension. Starting from a grounded foundation, you’ll move through a sequence of asanas with minimal transitions between standing and seated. Incorporating long-held stretches designed to deeply open the body and calm the mind, you’ll find a feeling of being completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Wonderful for all levels, and great for those looking to unwind, reset, and nurture their body and mind.

Yoga with Kathy

Kathy Russell teaches a lovely and gentle class Tuesdays at 5:30 pm
Kathy Russell brings you to your mat in a very gentle easy class. Recommended for beginners and those who are learning to listen and reconnect with themselves. Relearn your body with gentle breathing and movements bringing your lightest self onto the map as you bring kindness into your consciousness and practice while exploring oneself the moment and deepening your breathe.

Meditation move and breathe with Karin

Join Karin Wednesday mornings at 9:30 am
meditation, then movement, then breath work! After an opening meditation focused on the body and the breath, Karin highlights a particular anatomical focus for each class. She then teaches an ease-full movement practice that brings together mobility, stretching, strength, and flow. Simple, centering breath work follows, before a final restorative Savasana.

Classical hatha yoga with Cynthia

Enjoy a classical hatha experience with Cynthia Thursday mornings at 9 am
Yoga postures are combined with breathing exercises to strengthen the body, increase mind-body connection and calm the nervous system. A variety of options are given, from gentle variations to ones with more intensity for those who want that.
Every fourth Thursday of the month, the practice is entirely down on the mat, first half focusing on gentle stretches and movement, then transitioning to longer Yin-type holds for the second half.

Valerie is an experienced Yoga teacher that has been teaching for over 25 years.
She can accommodate many styles and injuries with lots of variations. Class is set for all levels and can be adjusted difficulty wise to suit your preference by communicating with the teacher to help guide you on your personal journey.

Hatha yoga with Michel cote

Enjoy your Saturdays with Michel at 11 am
Michel teaches a vigorous, physical style of yoga, focusing on
principles of the mind and body. He has a good knowledge of body
mechanics, as well as an intuitive understanding of the body and how it
relates to the postures. While he enjoys challenging his students, he
assists them to work at their own level and helps them with healing and
resilience
