Strengthen the Body, Calm the Mind
After a brief opening meditation and light dynamic movement, Karin leads a Sun Salutation-based flow that blends classic poses with contemporary variations.
Each class maintains a particular focus, such as an area of the body or a specific technique, that is emphasized throughout the flow. The practice closes with an extended period of breathwork, followed by a restful Savasana that brings awareness to the body and breath.
Meditate, Move, and Breathe
This class follows the rhythm of its name: first meditation, then movement, then breathwork.
After an opening meditation centred on the body and breath, Karin introduces a focus for the class, such as a movement family, technique, or area of the body. She then guides an easeful practice that combines mobility, stretching, strength, and flow.
Simple, calming breathwork follows before the class closes with a restorative Savasana.
